About R.I.C.H. Foundation

Rooted in the South Bronx.Building for Generational Success.

R.I.C.H. Foundation (Realizing Inner Confidence & Happiness) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization rooted in the South Bronx, expanding access to mentorship, workforce readiness, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community-centered experiences for youth, young adults, adults, and families.

Through culturally relevant programming and cross-sector partnerships, we create pathways that strengthen confidence, increase access to opportunity, and support stronger individuals, families, and communities.

Our Story

Opportunity should never be determined by where someone grows up.

R.I.C.H. Foundation was established from a simple belief: talent and potential exist in every community, but access to opportunity does not.

Rooted in the South Bronx, R.I.C.H. works to help close that gap by connecting youth, young adults, adults, and families to mentorship, career and entrepreneurial opportunities, leadership development, cultural experiences, and community resources.

We believe lasting change requires more than individual programs. It requires relationships, access, and sustained investment. That's why we work alongside schools, nonprofits, businesses, community organizations, and local leaders to create opportunities that can grow with individuals and communities over time.
